When you use Castlemaine Health, you’ll be assigned a key worker. Your key worker is the person you will see and speak to the most. They will make sure you have access to the information you need. They will help you set goals and access the services you need to reach them.
Key workers have a professional background in an area like speech pathology or occupational therapy. They’re also experts in early intervention and development. They have a thorough understanding of all the services at Castlemaine Health. They are trained to conduct a range of standardised assessments.
